Return Policy
Purchases may be returned within 7 days of the date that you received the order.
Items must be back at our warehouse location within 7 days after the item was delivered to the recipient, not be shipped within 7 days.
You must return unused items in their original condition with tags attached for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable. Because all of our items are hand crafted at time of purchase, there will be a 25% restocking fee. An additional charge of $2.00 will be charged on items sent via free shipping. Please note that ALL pacifiers are considered custom orders.
Please remember to include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return. We will need that information to process your return or exchange. Circle the item that you are returning, indicate the reason for return and indicate whether you would like to exchange the item or if you would prefer to have your original method of payment credited. All sales on sale/discounted items are final. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in shipping so it is best for you to send your package via a carrier that offers tracking (UPS, FedEX or USPS Delivery Confirmation). We will process your exchange or return as quickly as possible. A shipment or credit notification e-mail will be sent to the email address on file.
Once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy. If you would like to purchase a different product, we will be happy to assist you. Although we take great pride in the proper packaging of your shipment, items are occasionally damaged in transit. Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@aristabrat.com so that we may assist you. Returns should be sent to:
